What to include
- Bug reports:what you expected, what happened, screenshots if visual. Browser + OS helps. Bonus points for the URL and a request ID from DevTools Network tab if it's a 500/503.
- Math corrections:cite the source (book, edition, page or URL) and the cell you're disputing. We take these seriously — a wrong basic-strategy cell is the worst kind of bug we can ship.
- Lesson edits: if a lesson explanation is unclear or technically wrong, send the lesson slug and the line.
- Press & partnerships:short pitch first, we'll route to the right thread.
Response time
We aim for under 48 hours on bug reports and 1 week on everything else. We're a small team — if you don't hear back in a week, send a nudge.
Account problems
Lost access, billing issues, want your data exported, want your account deleted — email the same address and include the email you signed up with. You can also export your data from Settings (GDPR Article 20) and delete your account from the same page.
