What to include

Response time

We aim for under 48 hours on bug reports and 1 week on everything else. We're a small team — if you don't hear back in a week, send a nudge.

Account problems

Lost access, billing issues, want your data exported, want your account deleted — email the same address and include the email you signed up with. You can also export your data from Settings (GDPR Article 20) and delete your account from the same page.

Responsible play resources

Problem gambling support — call or text 1-800-522-4700 (US National Council on Problem Gambling, 24/7, free, confidential). Outside the US, see BeGambleAware (UK) or your local equivalent. We'd rather you pause than push through a bad night with what you learned here.
