1. Who we are

TableSharp (“we”, “us”) provides an educational casino-strategy training application. We do not offer gambling, wagering, or games of chance for real money. Nothing in the app should be construed as a guarantee of winnings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to view gambling-related content in your jurisdiction. By using the app, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your login email. We use magic-link authentication; anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you. You may request account deletion at any time via Settings.

4. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled per Stripe's standard policies.

5. No wagering advice

Strategies and statistics shown in the app reflect long-run expected value under ideal conditions. Real-world results vary. We do not promise, guarantee, or advise that any user will win, break even, or reduce losses at any specific casino.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for any illegal purpose, to harass other users, or to reverse-engineer the service. Automated scraping is prohibited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
